JEE Advanced 2024: The Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE-Advanced) (formerly known as the Indian Institute of Technology – Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE)) is an academic test given in India each year. It is organized by one of the seven zonal IITs (IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, and IIT Bombay) on a round-robin rotation pattern for JEE-Main qualifying candidates (except for Foreign Candidates) under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).

JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria for 2024

Candidates who aspire to appear for JEE Advanced 2024 are required to meet specific eligibility criteria established by the exam conducting authority along with JEE Main score. Candidates who fail to fulfill the required criteria are not qualified to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. JEE Advanced Application Form 2024 

IIT Madras is in charge of releasing the application forms for JEE Advanced 2024. The registration process for JEE Advanced will be available after the declaration of the JEE Main results. The top 2,50,000 candidates from JEE Mains will be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam. Eligible candidates must first register on the official website and then fill out the application form. They have to submit the form online along with the application fees.

JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Pattern

Below is the exam pattern for JEE Advanced 2024. As we know, the number of questions in JEE Advanced paper may vary every year.

  • Number of Papers: 2 (Paper-I and Paper-II) – Both are compulsory
