JEE Main, also known as JEE Main 2024, is the first stage of the IIT Joint Entrance Examination (IIT JEE). It is a computer-based online test administered by the National Testing Agency for students wishing to study engineering at premier engineering institutes in India, such as IITs and NITs. As a result, students are admitted to IITs, CFTIs, NITs, and other government-funded technical colleges based on their JEE Main scores. In producing the ranks/merit list, the exam conducting body uses the best NTA score. Candidates could also choose to take one or all of the tests. In addition, the top 2,50,000 JEE Main students would be eligible to take the JEE Advanced.
