It is a computer-based online test administered by the National Testing Agency for students wishing to study engineering at premier engineering institutes in India, such as IITs and NITs. As a result, students are admitted to IITs, CFTIs, NITs, and other government-funded technical colleges based on their JEE Main scores. In producing the ranks/merit list, the exam conducting body uses the best NTA score. Candidates could also choose to take one or all of the tests.
